Preface
Currently, the domestic scaffolding market is dominated by hot-dip galvanized metal scaffolding. However, due to manufacturing limitations, hot-dip galvanized metal panels can suffer from numerous issues, including surface oxidation, the presence of silicides, and contamination from cold-rolling fluids. Prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions can lead to corrosion and rust, which can affect performance. Furthermore, due to growing environmental awareness, wood and bamboo panels are gradually being phased out of the market. Today, we'd like to introduce a product that stands out from these materials: a scaffolding made with a "core"-Hangzhou holycore fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene scaffolding.
Give you better quality
Given the particularity of its usage scenarios, an excellent scaffolding product must be safe, durable and environmentally friendly.

Quality
Holycore's glass fiber reinforced polypropylene scaffolding features a honeycomb sandwich structure. Its core is a uniform polypropylene honeycomb core. The glass fiber reinforced face skin is bonded to the honeycomb core via a hot-melt process, and the face skin is then treated with a highly effective anti-slip treatment.
1. The honeycomb core structure provides excellent stability and reduces weight, while the glass fiber reinforced face skin provides excellent impact resistance, ensuring the safety of the scaffolding during use.
2. Compared to traditional glued or laminated panels, Holycore's glass fiber reinforced polypropylene scaffolding virtually prevents delamination between the face and core. Compared to galvanized metal panels, it is less susceptible to the effects of weathering, significantly improving durability.
3. The hot-melt process eliminates the need for resin as an adhesive, and the panels themselves are made from 100% recyclable polypropylene, making them an environmentally friendly composite panel.
Save more costs

Customers need more than just cost reduction, so HolyCore scaffolding is designed to provide a cost-effective experience from multiple perspectives.
The polypropylene used in HolyCore scaffolding has a melting point of 189°C, softens at around 155°C, and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. Below 80°C, it is resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and various organic solvents (this data is for reference only; actual product specifications may vary). These excellent properties ensure a longer service life for HolyCore scaffolding, reducing replacement and maintenance costs.
At the same time, thanks to its light weight and high strength, it can significantly save transportation costs in long-distance and large-scale transportation. In actual use, holycore scaffolding is equipped with unified parts, which can meet the needs of rapid disassembly and assembly, saving a lot of manpower and material resources.
Our lightweight, high-strength, and environmentally friendly composite materials are widely used in commercial vehicle interiors, aerospace, logistics packaging, construction, mobile warehousing, and other fields. Our products are currently primarily exported to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and Australia, where we have local distributors.
The development of these scaffolding products is also intended to further expand the application of composite materials in China, creating new opportunities for collaboration with major domestic customers.
