Product Description
PU foam core glass fiber reinforced composite panels are made of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets as inner and outer surfaces. The PU foam core and high-strength adhesive are bonded together under high vacuum pressure. The surface adhesive has been approved by the FDA and is harmless to food. CFRT panels are also available as inner surfaces, making the panels lighter and of higher quality.


Panel:The surface layer of fiberglass foam board is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) material, which can be either thermoset fiberglass sheet or thermoplastic continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) sheet.
Core:The core material is the foam board, typically made of extruded polystyrene (XPS), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or polyurethane (PU) foam board.
