To Add Non-woven Fabric or Not ?

 

Polypropylene honeycomb core is available with or without non-woven fabric for better bonding. Typically when using thermal lamination, non-woven fabrics are not required. When using adhesive, non-woven fabric needs to be added to the bottom layer. To reduce adhesive consumption a film barrier layer is added underneath the non-woven fabric.
