Product Description
A non-woven honeycomb core is a layer of PET fabric laminated onto a P honeycomb core. This serves as the core of the board material. With the non-woven fabric, the honeycomb core can be loosened or combined with various materials to form different types of boards. Common examples include marble honeycomb core boards, metal-faced honeycomb boards, and wood-grain honeycomb boards. Honeycomb boards with different facers can be used in different applications. Marble honeycomb boards can be used in decorative applications, such as background walls. Wood-grain honeycomb boards can be used in furniture, such as wardrobes, dining tables, conference tables, and outdoor furniture. They all share the advantages of being lightweight and highly impact-resistant.
The surface material is PET non-woven fabric, with a PP separator film in the middle. Non-woven fabric has the advantages of high strength, resistance to shedding, good air permeability, and soft feel. Using non-woven fabric as a medium can better bond the thermoplastic honeycomb panel with other materials.
