Base Material
Made of a composite of glass fiber mat or continuous glass fiber and unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, or other materials, forming a high-strength skeletal structure. The glass fiber content typically ranges from 30% to 70%, imparting excellent impact resistance and deformation resistance.
Surface Treatment Technology
Resin-bonded Anti-Slip Layer: Anti-slip particles (such as silica sand or aluminum oxide particles) are embedded into the resin surface through a high-pressure process, creating a mechanically interlocking structure. The anti-slip grade can reach R11-R13 according to DIN 51130.
Embossed and Drain Design: Surface embossing features V-shaped drain grooves, honeycomb patterns, or wheat-like anti-slip lines enhance drainage and friction coefficient, making them suitable for wet or muddy environments.
