Anti-Slip Performance: The surface features a concave and convex texture (such as diamond and grain patterns) created through mechanical embossing or resin embossing, significantly improving the coefficient of friction and making it suitable for slippery environments (e.g., food processing plants and around swimming pools).
Decorative Features: Available in a variety of textures, including smooth, matte, and 3D, with customizable colors based on RAL/NCS color palettes, to meet interior and exterior decoration needs (e.g., commercial space partitions and ceilings).
Material Composition
Resin Types:
Polyester resin: Low cost and strong corrosion resistance, suitable for general industrial and architectural applications.
Epoxy resin (FR-4): Flame retardant rating UL94 V-0, high insulation properties, suitable for electronic device casings.
Isophenyl resin: Excellent UV and weather resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
Glass fiber reinforcement: E-glass (general purpose) or S-glass (high-strength) for improved impact resistance and structural stability.

Fire Performance: Meets ASTM E84 Class A (flame retardant) or Class C standards, with some products passing EN 13501 testing.
Physical Strength: Tensile strength of 60-142 MPa, impact toughness of 45-95 kJ/㎡, suitable for high-load applications.
