HolyPan® Structural analysis
HolyPan® is a thermoplastic lightweight honeycomb sandwich structure board with PP honeycomb as the core material and glass fiber cloth reinforced polypropylene board as the surface material.

Lightweight

Parameters
Weight
The panels consist of sheets with a honeycomb core. 25 or 30mm panels weigh 4.4kg/m² or 4.8kg/m² respectively.
Impact Strength
At room temperature, the impact strength of a drop test with Φ 20mm ball is >80J; at -20°C, it is >35 J.
Compressive Strength
Short-term compressive strength is 1.6MPa over a 75 x 75mm area.
Environmental Resistance
Holypan® has excellent UV resistance without aging or cracking, withstands saltwater erosion, and resists oils, fats, and common chemicals. Tests show its water absorption rate is under 1.4%.
Flexural Properties
The standard 30mm thick, 100mm wide deck will exhibit minimal deformation under a center span load of 8kg over a 600mm span.
Chemical Resistance
The following table shows the chemical resistance of polypropylene surfaces. This table is for reference only; actual parameters and experimental conditions must be defined for actual applications.
Processing Methods
It can be cut or thermoformed, and is particularly well-suited for hot-melt welding and riveting during assembly.
Thermal Conductivity
The standard version can be used as an insulation material, with a thermal conductivity of less than 0.12W/mK at room temperature.
Recycling
This deck is primarily made of thermoplastic PP fiberglass, uses no adhesives or other additives, and is 100% recyclable.
