what is FRP XPS Panel?
XPS foam sandwich panels are one of the most popular foam sandwich composite panels, combining lightness and strength. The core is made of closed-cell extruded polystyrene foam, and the skins are available in a variety of materials (fiberglass, aluminum, wood, steel, etc.). High-quality polyurethane glue is used as the adhesive, and vacuum compression molding is used to bond the skins and core together.
XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) is a rigid foam board made from polystyrene resin mixed with a foaming agent and stabilizer, then extruded through a mold. It features extremely low moisture absorption, excellent thermal insulation, high compressive strength, and water resistance. Its surface is uniform and flat, and its interior is completely closed-cell, making it suitable for composite with a variety of panels.
