HolyPan is one of the lightest and strongest composite sandwich panels produced industrially. This innovative sandwich panel features a polypropylene honeycomb core and fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene skins that are thermally fused together.

The core material's honeycomb structure makes HolyPan highly resistant, while the ultra-strong fiberglass-reinforced skin material provides high strength and excellent impact resistance.

The thermally fused connection between the honeycomb core and skin makes HolyPan even lighter and more environmentally friendly. Compared to traditional glued or laminated panels, the HolyPan skin is virtually free of delamination.

HolyPan is used everywhere, and currently our largest application area is truck compartments. With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life and the rapid development of the logistics industry, the number of logistics trucks is increasing. Iron and fiberglass compartments are the main materials on the market. Iron compartments are heavy and prone to rust, while fiberglass is almost impossible to recycle. The birth of HolyPan has brought new vitality to the logistics industry.

HolyPan is a lightweight, high-strength panel material, and is our company's basic panel material. Based on its characteristics and advantages, we have derived many other functional panels, such as holycore anti-skid plates, holycore bus floors, holycore furniture panels, etc. Depending on the application field, we can adjust the various properties of the panel material to make it suitable for the application.

HolyPan's future application direction

The 4.2-meter HolyPan carriage weighs only half as much as a steel carriage. Our experience shows that for every 450 kg weight reduction, the vehicle saves approximately 1.5 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers. A 4.2-meter HolyPan carriage is 400 kg lighter than a steel carriage and 185 kg lighter than a fiberglass honeycomb carriage. Based on a truck's annual mileage of 100,000 kilometers, the HolyPan carriage can save 1,300 liters and 600 liters of fuel per year, respectively, compared to a steel carriage. Saving fuel means reducing carbon emissions.

 

The typical service life of a truck carriage is approximately five years, while the HolyPan carriage will have a lifespan of at least 10 years, or even longer. This means HolyPan will reduce the cost of replacing carriages for businesses. From an environmental perspective, longer service life also reduces resource waste.

 

China is also actively promoting the development of new energy vehicles, and lighter carriage panels are undoubtedly more suitable for new energy trucks. HolyPan also has great potential in this field.
