Holycore's presence at the show brought its "Lighter, Stronger, Greener" thermoplastic honeycomb composite material solutions to the center of the global stage. The company's core products - HolyPan® thermoplastic honeycomb panels and HolyCore® honeycomb cores - utilize a unique biomimetic honeycomb structure and hot-melt lamination process to achieve over 40% weight reduction compared to traditional materials while maintaining structural strength.

The Holycore booth highlighted its CKD (Completely Knocked Down) truck body solution. This solution prefabricates and packages roof panels, floor panels, side panels, door panels, and all connecting profiles at the factory, which are then quickly assembled at the target market, significantly reducing logistics and labor costs. This model is particularly suited for export markets and precisely addresses the European commercial vehicle industry's need for localized assembly and flexible supply chains.

Holycore products are currently widely used in dry van truck bodies, refrigerated truck bodies, RVs, and unmanned delivery vehicles. For dry van truck bodies, a lightweight body using HolyPan® honeycomb panels - a 4.2-meter truck body weighs only about half that of a traditional steel body - can save customers substantial fuel costs annually. Additionally, the material's waterproof, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant properties significantly extend service life.
