Hangzhou Holycore · Carriage Application

Thanks to the application of zero-emission cars, light commercial vehicles and various forms of micro-mobility, "transportation decarbonization" has achieved results in many parts of the world.

Hangzhou Holycore · Carriage Application

It's worth noting that road freight currently accounts for 53% of global trade-related CO2 emissions. If medium and heavy-duty trucks don't undergo a timely transformation, this proportion is projected to rise to 56% by 2050. According to McKinsey's latest research, adding 150,000 zero-emission vehicles to the fleet will require approximately 140,000 public charging points and 1,500 compatible hydrogen refueling stations. This not only requires massive infrastructure investment but also involves adjusting user habits, creating a challenging and time-sensitive task. Meanwhile, while the pandemic has had a significant impact on the socioeconomic landscape, demand for logistics and transportation has continued to grow.

That is to say, in this environmental development game, whoever completes the energy-saving and emission-reduction carriage transformation first will have more initiative - holycore provides a variety of lightweight and high-strength lightweight carriage applications, and I believe it can meet your needs.

New Polypropylene Honeycomb Panels Precisely Assist In The Application Of Carriages

The glass fiber reinforced polypropylene honeycomb panel (hereinafter referred to as holypan) developed and produced by holycore is a lightweight and high-strength composite sandwich panel produced for industrial manufacturing. This innovative sandwich panel uses a polypropylene honeycomb core and a glass fiber reinforced skin pressed together through a hot melt process.

The honeycomb core structure of holycore panels provides excellent stability and reduces weight, increasing payload and reducing fuel consumption.
The glass fiber-reinforced face sheet provides excellent impact resistance, ensuring the safety of the train compartment during use.
Compared to traditional plywood or laminated panels, holycore's glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene honeycomb panels virtually prevent delamination between the face and core.
Compared to galvanized metal panels, they are less susceptible to weathering, significantly improving durability.
The hot-melt process requires no resin as a binder, and the panels themselves are made from 100% recyclable polypropylene, making them environmentally friendly composite panels.
Critically, as a train compartment panel, holycore panels are quick and easy to assemble, enabling continuous, mass-produced production.
By introducing lightweight, high-strength train compartment applications, we aim to leverage the advantages of our innovative panels in the pursuit of carbon neutrality, improving economic benefits for our customers while promoting green development. Whether for dry truck compartments, refrigerated truck compartments, or other types of compartments, we offer proven and comprehensive solutions.

Taking a 9.6-meter truck as an example, reducing vehicle weight by one ton reduces fuel consumption by three liters. A lightweight truck operating 200,000 kilometers per year will save 6,000 liters of fuel, 36,000 yuan in fuel costs, and 16,000 yuan in tolls. This translates to a cost savings of over 50,000 yuan per vehicle per year. The greater the transport volume, the more significant the cost savings.
